Job Overview

Belron Canada is looking for a part‑time Customer Service Representative to work 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at one of our Service Centres. The role is focused on creating a positive customer experience while supporting the daily operations of the Centre.

• Perform routine administration to keep the Service Centre running smoothly.
• Add value for customers and identify opportunities to boost store performance.
• Collaborate with insurance partners to help customers obtain the best value for their services.
• Delight customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and assisting with minor windshield repairs.
• Shuttle vehicles to and from the repair shop.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and teammates in a fast‑paced, action‑oriented environment.

• Good interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
• Experience working in retail, hospitality, or tourism (or similar customer‑facing roles).
• No formal education required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and ability to travel among Belron Canada locations within the specified geographic area.
• Flexible availability to work the required part‑time schedule.

• Hourly pay range: $21.50 – $24.50, based on skills, qualifications, and location.
