Evening Desk Services Representative

This role requires working primarily evenings and weekends from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Wednesday through Sunday. As a Desk Services Representative, you will engage with residents and guests, issue keys, process payments, and maintain accurate inventory records. Your contributions will enhance the accommodation experience during the Summer Accommodations season from May to August.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents and guests
• Perform float counts and application of payments
• Execute clerical tasks including filing and inventory control
• Conduct daily audits of key inventory
• Liaise with internal teams concerning deliveries and reservations
Requirements:
• One-Year Post-Secondary Certificate or Diploma
• 1-2 years of client-focused experience
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Ability to resolve complaints courteously
• Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening required
