This fixed-term Client Specialist role spans until November 30, 2027, ideal for those passionate about customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complete transactions for group benefits
• Respond to client questions promptly within 24-48 hours
• Document plan member changes with accuracy
• Build productive relationships with all stakeholders
• Adapt to evolving client needs and team objectives
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or service roles
• Diploma in business or related field
• Understanding of insurance industry standards
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Computer savvy with MS Office proficiency
