As a Retail Representative, you will serve customers both in-person and over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. You'll work closely with various teams, emphasizing a strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
Your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of shipping details and account challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide efficient customer service and problem-solving
• Communicate positively with team and customers
• Resolve complaints and inquiries effectively
• Assist with shipping details and account challenges
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and safety standards
Requirements:
• 3-12 months customer service experience preferred
• 3-12 months retail experience preferred
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods
• Experience using technology and POS systems preferred
