The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society seeks a mid-level Customer Care Representative to excel in customer interactions and promote animal care. You will handle phone inquiries, emails, and support adoption services. This role requires a commitment to excellent service and knowledge-sharing to ensure the best outcomes for families and pets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and assess customer needs
• Manage adoption inquiries and provide counseling
• Support foster programs with supplies and appointments
• Assist in animal care duties and general cleaning
• Mentor and evaluate volunteers in their roles
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Animal care experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Open availability for work
