As a Customer Service Specialist at GMS, you will interact directly with customers, providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
Your role will involve not only assisting customers but also developing an understanding of our product offerings, enabling you to guide purchasing decisions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in-store and via phone

• Keep the showroom organized and fully stocked
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Self-motivated with strong public engagement skills
