At CAA Club Group, we need a proactive Customer Service Consultant to deliver unmatched service experiences. Responsibilities include promoting memberships, assisting with car rentals, and providing passport photography services. You will also issue International Driving permits and inform Members about their travel insurance options, enhancing their overall experience with CAA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage Members by selling memberships and merchandise

• Coordinate car rental reservations with precision

• Capture passport photos for Members

• Issue International Driving permits promptly

• Educate Members on their Travel Insurance options

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in retail customer service and sales

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• TICO certification or willingness to complete

• Flexible to work varied hours

• Preferred education in Travel and Tourism
