Position: Customer Service Motivator for Fitness
Become a pivotal Customer Service Motivator at Good Life Fitness during overnight shifts. Engage with members and create a positive atmosphere supporting their fitness journeys.

As a Customer Service Motivator, your role is integral to the member experience at Good Life Fitness. You’ll greet and check in members, assist with fitness equipment inquiries, and manage incoming calls efficiently. Additionally, you will provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions to members and maintain a clean facility to ensure exceptional service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and manage check-in upon arrival

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and promptly

• Address member inquiries regarding fitness equipment

• Offer Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new members

• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the club

Requirements:

• CPR-A & AED certification needed

• Strong understanding of customer service principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus

• Smart Tan certification required within 3 months
