As a Customer Service and Return Desk Associate, you will support RONA’s service and returns team. Your work includes welcoming customers, processing merchandise exchanges and returns, and contributing to smooth store operations. Cashier and customer service experience would be an asset.

• Greet customers warmly and support positive experiences
• Process merchandise exchanges and returns according to policy
• Produce and balance end-of-shift cash reports
• Prepare rental vehicle paperwork and follow up
• Supply cashiers with necessary operational materials

• Daytime availability required for this part-time position
• Strong communication skills
• Cashier experience would be an asset
• Customer service experience would be an asset
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
