As the Program Coordinator, you will work directly with students in MBA, MIB, and MMA programs, ensuring they secure and complete their internships-for-credit. Your efforts will include maintaining documentation, facilitating employer relationships, and overseeing the academic aspects of the internship experience, from orientation to evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a liaison between students, employers, and faculty
• Oversee onboarding processes for students in internships
• Organize workshops and coaching sessions for internship prep
• Collect feedback to enhance program quality
• Monitor student evaluations and completion progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and data manipulation
• Familiarity with experiential learning concepts
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a service-oriented approach
