ALCDSB invites Qualified French Teachers for occasional teaching positions across a vast school network.

This role offers the opportunity to positively impact more than 11,000 students while upholding faith values within the educational framework. Applicants must show current Ontario College of Teachers certification and submit all necessary documentation, including a recent Faith Reference Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the FSL curriculum with an emphasis on communication

• Foster confidence in students’ French usage in daily situations

• Develop authentic learning experiences that engage learners

• Serve as an occasional teacher on the supply roster

• Ensure adherence to the Ontario Ministry of Education’s guidelines

Requirements:

• Certification with the Ontario College of Teachers

• Criminal Background Check with vulnerable sector screening

• Professional letters of reference and practicum reports

• Academic transcripts required

• Current Faith Reference Portfolio needed for consideration
