Position: Primary French Teacher – Long-Term Occasional
Location: Brockville

Join the J.L. Jordan team in Brockville as a Primary and Junior FSL educator during the  academic year. This role supports language learning in a vibrant classroom.

We are looking for a dedicated educator with an Ontario College of Teacher's Certificate for our long-term FSL assignment. Applicants must meet specialized subject requirements in accordance with the Ministry's regulations.

Your role will enhance students' French language skills while embracing the importance of diversity in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the FSL curriculum for primary and junior grades

• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

• Evaluate student learning and provide feedback

• Work with colleagues to promote effective language instruction

• Uphold Ministry standards in language teaching

Requirements:

• Ontario College of Teacher's Certificate required

• Specialized subject qualifications per Ministry requirements

• Passion for inclusive education practices

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Flexibility in addressing diverse learning needs
