Empower students as the Experiential Education Program Advisor, managing internships and enhancing professional development experiences. Collaborate with employers to create impactful educational modules.
This position focuses on advising both students and employers during work terms, ensuring effective resolution of issues and a positive learning environment. You will play a key role in developing high-quality curricular resources and modules in partnership with various teams such as the Engineering Teaching and Learning Team. Your ability to maintain strategic relationships and manage program objectives will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide students through internship-related challenges
• Design and deliver professional development training
• Partner with faculty for high-quality education delivery
• Strengthen employer relationships and identify opportunities
• Monitor progress towards program objectives
Requirements:
• Experience in experiential learning and program management
• Expertise in curriculum development and integration
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
• Exceptional organizational and tracking abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings
