Become a key player at Queen's University as a Student Experience Coordinator. This on-site role in Kingston emphasizes enhancing student participation and learning opportunities.
Reporting within the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies, you will facilitate student placements and coordinate diverse educational initiatives. Your work will focus on inclusive practices and support mechanisms for underrepresented groups, ensuring all students have access to academic resources and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advice on university admissions and resources for diverse students
• Plan and evaluate experiential learning opportunities
• Coordinate events and outreach for student recruitment
• Document and report on student experience feedback
• Build relationships with faculty, staff, and community stakeholders
Requirements:
• Four-year degree, with applicable certifications preferred
• 3-5 years relevant experience in academic support roles
• Knowledge of experiential learning concepts
• Required Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
