The salary of a teacher shall be determined in accordance with Article 32 of the OECTA Collective Agreement according to QECO rating and years of experience. Effective September 1, 2025 teacher salaries will range from $56,288.00 to $ (based on a 1.0

FTE).

Successful candidate must provide a Police Record Check (PRC) with vulnerable sector check (VSC) current within six months of date of hire.

Internal applicants will be considered first as per the Collective Agreement. This position is open to Occasional Teachers currently employed by the ALCDSB who have completed a minimum of one (1) LTO assignment that was a minimum of four (4) months in duration, and whose last evaluation resulted in a satisfactory rating. The board may also select a teacher employed as a permanent teacher elsewhere in the province.

Articles 17.6 and 17.7 of the Collective Agreement apply.
