Teach violin at Long & McQuade in Kingston, ON, as a Violin Instructor. With contract hours available on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, this role invites passionate educators to inspire students in music.

As an independent contractor, your role will be to provide tailored violin lessons that cater to students of varying capabilities. A recognized music qualification combined with teaching experience is essential for success in this role, allowing you to utilize effective teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized violin lessons for students

• Employ established teaching methods and lesson plans

• Motivate and encourage students during lessons

• Assess individual student progress regularly

• Ensure a positive learning environment for all

Requirements:

• Music degree or diploma from a credible institution

• At least Grade 8 RCM proficiency with Grade 2 Rudiments

• Experience teaching students from all age groups

• Knowledge of effective lesson structures and methodologies

• Professional equivalency is highly valued
