Position: Behaviour Analyst for School Environment
Location: Brockville

The Upper Canada District School Board seeks a dedicated Registered Behaviour Analyst to enhance support for students with behavioural challenges. This position focuses on evidence-based practices across educational settings.

As an RBA rence Education Centre, you will provide comprehensive behaviour interventions and support for both elementary and secondary education staff. With your expertise, you’ll lead training, develop resources, and participate in a consultative role within multi-disciplinary teams to improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee behaviour assessments and treatment plans

• Deliver direct support and data monitoring for students

• Guide teamwork and strategy implementation for staff

• Respond proactively to behavior-related safety concerns

• Coordinate professional development workshops for educators

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field

• Registered with the College of Psychologists

• 3 years minimum relevant work experience

• Proficient in behaviour management techniques

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
