Position: Behaviour Analyst for Upper Schools

Join the Upper Canada District School Board as a Registered Behaviour Analyst, enhancing behaviour support strategies for students with diverse needs. This full-time, permanent opportunity emphasizes collaboration, consultation, and training in various educational environments.

As a key team member working under the Chief Psychologist, the RBA will create evidence-based programs and provide coaching to staff in both elementary and secondary schools. You will leverage your experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis to assist teachers in implementing strategies that foster positive behaviours and ensure student success. Expertise in behavioural assessments and a passion for education are essential for this impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioural assessment and intervention services

• Mentor school staff to enhance behavioural strategies

• Coordinate staff training to build capacity

• Respond to safety-related behavioural concerns

• Cultivate partnerships with community service providers

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field

• Certification as an RBA with the College of Psychologists

• Three years of relevant experience in education

• In-depth knowledge of behavioural assessment processes

• Experience in multi-disciplinary team settings
