Location: Brockville
Teach drama y CHS in Brockville with OECTA in a flexible night school setting. This course spans 90 hours, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting September 29, 2026.
OECTA is seeking a qualified drama instructor for a secondary continuing education course y CHS. Classes will run from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, focused on engaging students in drama education. A valid Ontario College of Teacher's Certificate is required, alongside specialized subject qualifications in line with Ministry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver drama curriculum for ADA
10/20/3M/4M courses
• Engage students through interactive learning sessions
• Assess student performance and provide feedback
• Plan lesson materials and activities effectively
• Ensure a positive learning environment
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario College of Teacher's Certificate
• Specialized qualifications per Ministry regulations
• Experience teaching drama at secondary level
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom
• Availability for Tuesday and Thursday sessions
