Responsibilities include site investigation and evaluation of existing buildings, preparing detailed design calculations and engineering reports, managing projects from conceptual design to final completion, preparing reports and studies, coordinating with other disciplines, client communication, mentoring junior staff, drafting, preparing structural calculations, coordinating with CAD/BIM technologists, attending site meetings, and performing field reviews.
