Senior Field Support and Training Advisor

Act as a Senior Field Support and Training Advisor, providing vital expertise in communication systems. This position involves extensive mentoring and requires you to travel internationally up to 16 weeks a year.

As a mid-senior level advisor, you will train operational users and guide them through the intricacies of various communication technologies. Your responsibilities include reporting issues, developing solutions, and enhancing operational effectiveness through thorough assessment and feedback from the field. You will work closely with System Integration Teams to address user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor operational users in utilizing LC4

ISR capabilities

• Offer training and support in practical settings

• Collaborate with teams for efficient problem resolution

• Prepare reports on field observations and solutions

• Evaluate system usage and recommend training changes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years military experience in any field

• Proven leadership skills necessary

• Eligibility for Government of Canada secret clearance

• Must be a Canadian citizen

• Strong investigative and communication skills required
