In this role, you will take ownership of bridge design and project management, ensuring high-quality deliverables for government and contractor clients. You'll also mentor junior staff and champion the importance of ongoing learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and analysis of various bridge types

• Draft and review project specifications and details

• Manage design teams to achieve project objectives

• Contribute to client proposals and business development

• Facilitate the learning and development of junior engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; master’s preferred

• Eligible for professional engineer licensing in six months

• Minimum seven years in structural design engineering

• Proficiency in modeling tools like SAP
2000 or CSi Bridge

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
