Position: Hybrid Field Work Planner Role
TC Energy seeks a detail-oriented Field Work Planner to optimize maintenance planning in a hybrid model. Engage with teams and technical resources to ensure project success.

In this position, you will delve into planning and scheduling within TC Energy’s Canada Gas Maintenance Program. With your technical background and expertise in project management, you will develop monthly work plans, monitor their execution, and collaborate with leaders to allocate work. Your organizational skills will be critical in connecting technical resources with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and communicate monthly maintenance work plans

• Build work plans for major impact activities

• Publish updates weekly for ongoing plans

• Train staff on operational qualifications

• Work closely with area leaders for task assignment

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent technical qualification

• Minimum 3 years of relevant planning experience

• Knowledgeable in SAP and CMMS

• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities

• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
