This role involves leading environmental assessments for critical municipal and provincial infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while engaging communities and navigating Ontario's regulatory landscape. Your contributions will help balance infrastructure demands with ecological responsibility, making a significant impact on future developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee environmental planning for infrastructure initiatives
• Document consultation plans and assessment reports
• Apply professional judgment to regulatory challenges
• Engage with communities and stakeholders effectively
• Mentor junior colleagues in environmental practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in environmental disciplines
• Minimum 7 years in environmental assessment processes
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and consultation
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Ontario
