In this pivotal role, you will manage and execute multidisciplinary projects, providing oversight from planning through to construction. Your engineering knowledge will ensure compliance with industry regulations while fostering a seamless collaboration with municipal and external partners. Your efforts will help maintain and innovate the utility services that the Kingston community depends on.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design multi-disciplinary infrastructure for utilities
• Supervise capital project execution and compliance
• Direct procurement activities and contract management
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project scopes
• Engage with community and key stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• P.Eng. licensure in Ontario required
• 3-5 years experience in municipal utilities
• Knowledge of municipal design principles
• Familiar with construction and environmental regulations
