Envirosearch Wastewater Operator Specialist

Become an essential part of Envirosearch Operations as a Wastewater Operator Specialist dedicated to water safety and quality. Your expertise will ensure the community's water needs are met.

In this role, you will conduct critical monitoring and maintenance tasks at wastewater treatment plants throughout Ontario.

Experience with regulatory compliance and treatment processes is vital, as you will handle sampling, dosing, and repairs while overseeing subcontractor support. Your strong mechanical knowledge will drive efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee treatment processes including disinfection and clarification

• Conduct onsite water sampling and perform analysis

• Execute preventative maintenance plans and inspections

• Log and communicate site status efficiently

• Handle emergency response situations during duty

Requirements:

• MECP Water/Sewage licenses required

• Level 1 Water and Wastewater certifications preferred

• Mechanical skills and detail-oriented mindset

• Valid G driver’s license is essential

• Capability to safely handle chemicals up to 25kg
