We seek a Senior Environmental Professional with over 10 years’ experience to join Dillon’s Contaminant Assessment & Management Discipline.

Your role will encompass project management involving soil and groundwater assessments and remediation processes. Your leadership and technical expertise will empower junior staff and shape the growth of our environmental services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assessments and management of environmental contaminants

• Manage projects such as spill responses and landfill monitoring

• Prepare thorough technical reports including Phase I/II/III ESAs

• Foster strong client relationships and business opportunities

• Mentor and coach junior staff for professional growth

Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Engineer or Geoscientist in Ontario

• 10+ years of environmental consulting experience

• Proficient in multidisciplinary teamwork

• Strong communication skills for report writing

• Valid Driver’s License
