Position: EZ STAK Product Development Leader
Transform product visions into reality at EZ STAK as the Engineering & Product Development Manager. Support the engineering team in delivering effective solutions for infrastructure and government fleets.

This leadership role requires a hands-on approach to manage engineering projects and oversee product development from conception to launch. You will drive process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards while aligning designs with manufacturing capabilities. Your contribution will be pivotal to enhancing operational excellence and revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor engineering teams to foster collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or related field

• 7+ years in engineering within a manufacturing context

• 3+ years of managing engineering teams

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
