In this critical role, you will oversee capital projects within municipal utilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering reliable services. Your responsibilities include designing water and sewer infrastructure, managing budgets and schedules, and conducting procurements for engineering services. Collaborate with stakeholders and provide essential guidance across departments to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design water and sewer infrastructure projects

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope

• Prepare procurement documents and coordinate evaluations

• Oversee construction administration and compliance

• Conduct public information sessions and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario

• 3-5 years of engineering experience in utilities

• Knowledge of municipal regulations and design

• Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset
