Senior Bridge Engineer at Egis

Egis Canada seeks a Senior Bridge Engineer to drive infrastructure design for our bridge projects in Ontario. Leverage your expertise in structural design while leading a collaborative team.
As a Senior Bridge Engineer, you will oversee detailed design and rehabilitation projects from conception to construction. This role requires at least 15 years of progressive experience in steel and concrete bridge structures, with proficiency in Midas and CSiBridge software. You will ensure project quality and compliance with MTO standards while guiding junior engineers and CAD designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering projects for bridge design and rehabilitation

• Conduct detailed structural design calculations and analysis

• Prepare and check engineering models and specifications

• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines

• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.)

• Minimum 15 years of relevant design experience

• Proficient in structural analysis software

• Strong oral and written communication skills
