Position: Mining Planning Manager – Central

This senior role requires a strategic mindset and extensive knowledge in mine planning. You will oversee the evaluation of aggregate reserves, develop mining strategies, and collaborate with various operational units to enhance efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring safe practices and addressing potential geological risks on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and report on aggregate resources in compliance with regulations

• Develop short and long-term mining strategies

• Collaborate with business units on mining plan implementations

• Lead geological investigations and support operational planning

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:

• Degree in mining or geological engineering

• At least 10 years of experience in mining or construction

• Professional engineering or geoscience certification

• Proficiency in Vulcan, ArcGIS, and mining software

• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
