Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and report on aggregate resources in compliance with regulations
• Develop short and long-term mining strategies
• Collaborate with business units on mining plan implementations
• Lead geological investigations and support operational planning

Requirements:
• Degree in mining or geological engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in mining or construction
