This permanent role involves building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for paper machine clothing and related services. You will conduct machine audits and provide critical support during shutdown inspections. With a focus on performance optimization, you'll analyze machine data and troubleshoot challenges to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with paper mill customers
• Conduct audits and service calls for performance optimization
• Analyze performance and provide troubleshooting solutions
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain customer records
• Communicate field activity and opportunities to Sales Manager
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience in paper mills or technical sales
• Strong knowledge of optimization and machine performance
• Ability to travel within Ontario and Eastern Canada
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM tools
