As a Bridge Engineering Specialist, you will collaborate alongside expert engineers and planners to deliver impactful projects. You will undertake detailed designs and rehabilitation studies for steel and concrete structures, facilitating teamwork and problem-solving to meet project goals.

Your role will extend into project management, ensuring quality control and successful client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee design and rehabilitation of bridge structures

• Conduct structural design calculations and modeling

• Review junior engineers' estimates and specifications

• Liaise with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders

• Manage project execution and client engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with 15+ years experience

• Deep knowledge of MTO standards and Highway Bridge Design Code

• Effective leadership and project management skills

• Valid driver's license and strong communication abilities
