Senior Bridge Engineer in Ontario

WSP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our Ontario Bridge Team. In this role, you'll focus on the preliminary and detailed design of bridges, culverts, and retaining walls for various levels of government. Your expertise will contribute to managing engineering projects, coordinating design teams, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design for complex bridges and civil structures

• Perform structural analysis and design coordination

• Manage bridge engineering project timelines and deliverables

• Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and reports

• Provide peer review services for designs and drawings

Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering

• Licensed Professional Engineer with 7–12 years experience

• Proficiency in structural design software

• Familiarity with Canadian design codes and standards

• Effective communication and ability to work under pressure
