Position: Industrial Manufacturing Engineer Role

As an experienced Industrialization Engineer, you will ensure that Alstom’s manufacturing processes align with project quality, cost, and delivery. Your extensive collaboration with Engineering and Supply Chain will help meet the industrial requirements in product design phases. This position encourages innovative thinking while implementing effective industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of signaling industrialization and DFM practices

• Ensure QCD metrics are met for project life cycles

• Create manufacturing strategies with safety in mind

• Conduct Technical Design Reviews focusing on industrial standards

• Validate accuracy of electrical and integration documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering

• 6+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering

• Background in electrical manufacturing processes

• Familiarity with ERP, CAD, and PLM tools

• Strong technical problem-solving skills
