Embark on a career growth journey with Goodyear’s Manufacturing Leadership Development Program. Gain hands-on experience through three-month rotations in various engineering roles, focusing on leadership and manufacturing processes.

In this dynamic program, you will work closely with key leaders such as Process Engineers and Plant Optimization Leaders. Engage in plant optimization projects and take on challenge assignments that enhance your problem-solving skills while you learn. Additionally, participate in targeted courses designed for future leaders to develop essential management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rotate through various engineering assignments every three months

• Collaborate with leaders on plant optimization projects

• Prepare detailed reports on manufacturing processes

• Engage in problem-solving and improvement methodologies

• Complete leadership courses designed for entry-level managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Geographically close to Napanee

• Keen interest in manufacturing, process, and quality engineering

• Self-motivated with teamwork experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
