Canada Royal Milk, the exclusive manufacturer of infant formula in Canada, seeks a Mechanical Reliability Engineer. This critical role involves working with plant production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability. Responsibilities include managing equipment modifications, installations, and leading root cause analysis for failures while implementing preventive actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation and testing of manufacturing equipment

• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repairs

• Lead cross-functional projects for equipment reliability

• Manage and improve the maintenance program using CMMS

• Communicate with vendors for equipment modifications and replacements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in mechanical or mechatronics engineering

• 5+ years manufacturing experience in related equipment

• P. Eng license is an asset

• Strong knowledge of pneumatic and processing systems

• Excellent troubleshooting and time management skills
