Waterford Process Engineer Position

Career Wise Recruitment seeks a Process Engineer for a 12-month contract in Waterford. This role emphasizes Aseptic Syringe Filling and requires expertise in a regulated environment.

In this Process Engineer role, you will be responsible for supporting commercial manufacturing by delivering key performance metrics and executing various engineering activities. Your work will mostly focus on the Aseptic Syringe Filling Line, including debagger, Ebeam, delid, and more. You'll offer engineering support across multiple PFS processes while implementing continuous improvements and managing new product transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing with key performance metrics delivery

• Execute process engineering activities to ensure compliance

• Focus work on Aseptic Syringe Filling Line processes

• Provide technical support for ongoing projects and improvements

• Implement new product transfers and modifications

Requirements:

• Degree in an Engineering discipline

• Experience in GMP regulated environments (3-5 years)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advantageous experience in Sterile Manufacturing Operations

• Background in syringe filling operations
