Product Industrialization Manager, Alstom

Lead the industrialization lifecycle as a full-time Product Industrialization Manager at Alstom in Kingston, ON. Drive manufacturing readiness while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness in operations.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete industrialization process from design for manufacturing to production. Your expertise will ensure manufacturability and alignment with Quality, Cost, Delivery metrics. Ideal candidates will possess a background in engineering with 2-5 years of experience in industrial management and an understanding of manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive DFM/DFT and ensure manufacturability

• Lead FAR, FMR, SMR milestones for product readiness

• Define MBOM and oversee industrial processes

• Implement tools and shopfloor methods effectively

• Improve SQCD performance metrics through APSYS

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial

• 2-5 years in Product Industrial Management

• Experience with DFM, tooling, and process deployment

• Familiarity with APSYS/Lean practices

• Knowledge of railway industry practices
