Capital Projects Engineer

Position: Capital Projects Engineer at INVISTA
Take your engineering career further as a Project Engineer with INVISTA in Kingston, Ontario. You'll support substantial capital projects while preparing for future Project Manager roles.

As a Project Engineer, you will engage directly in managing concurrent projects across manufacturing locations in North America and Europe. This position offers robust exposure to project leadership, engineering development, and stakeholder engagement. You'll actively participate in developing project plans, schedules, and communication with stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple small projects using a phased execution framework

• Coordinate with 3rd party engineering partners for deliverables

• Develop engineering scopes of work to technical standards

• Communicate project status to organizational stakeholders

• Oversee IFD documentation reviews and ensure adherence

Requirements:

• 3+ years in engineering within a project environment

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects

• Ability to develop technical scopes and engineering deliverables

• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word and Excel

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
