Hatch is seeking a highly motivated Structural Designer new graduate to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG). Reporting to the Structural discipline lead Engineer, you will support projects globally working from our Sudbury, ON office with opportunities in other Hatch offices and at project job sites.

As the successful candidate, you will:
- Assist in producing and maintaining technical drawings using 2D and 3D CAD software
- Support conceptual layout work and development of design details
- Perform clash detection and ensure coordination with other disciplines
- Verify site conditions and dimensions as required
- Incorporate safety considerations into design work
- Collaborate with team members to meet project scope, schedule, and quality requirements
You bring to the role:
- Graduating 2026 or recently graduated from an accredited technical College program specializing in Civil / Structural design
- Awareness and some experience of 2D and 3D structural design/drawing software packages
- Some background understanding of industry or regulatory standards, regulations and codes pertinent to structural design
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated individual with an interest in developing and growing their technical skills
- Interest in applying the skills developed during their technical education
- Good safety awareness
