Dealer Operations Supervisor Position

This supervisory role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of table games and supporting Dealers in their daily operations. You’ll collaborate closely with the Manager of Table Games to implement new initiatives and motivate your team. A key focus will also be on compliance with licensing laws and effective communication among departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Dealers, ensuring integrity of game operations

• Manage player ratings and cash transaction verification

• Provide support during the implementation of game strategies

• Respond to operational issues and escalate as needed

• Ensure a tidy work area and develop team relationships

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or relevant combinations of education

• At least 2 years in gaming management roles

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity

• Must meet Gaming License qualifications

• Computer literacy in MS Office required
