Personal Banker à TD Canada Trust. Votre rôle consiste à accompagner les clients dans la réalisation de leurs objectifs financiers en leur fournissant des conseils de planification financière, en promouvant des solutions d'investissement et de crédit, et en assurant une expérience client positive et personnalisée.

• Advising customers of high-level financial solutions from a range of available investment and credit banking solutions.
• Engage with customers through thoughtful financial questions to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.
• Increase customer financial confidence by providing personalized financial advice, answering questions, and addressing concerns while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems.
• Maintain professional space in common areas as per marketing and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide financial reviews and portfolio updates, suggesting additional personalized solutions based on customers’ financial goals.
• Stay knowledgeable about emerging issues, evolving regulations, and industry codes of conduct, and participate in process improvement opportunities to protect the organization’s interests.
• Strive to achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets.
• Ensure documents are prepared consistently with relevant regulations and accurately reflect business intentions.
• Participate fully as a team member, help build a positive and diverse work environment, mentor others, and address communication issues efficiently.

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Post‑Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset.
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired.
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.
• Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions and concepts.
• Proficiency in software tools including MS Office and internet applications.
• Tactful communicator capable of exchanging ideas and customer information concisely.
• A self‑initiator with strong organizational, planning and time‑management skills.
