The Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the financial management and reporting of the organization. This includes managing budgets, financial planning, record-keeping, and financial risk management. The Treasurer ensures compliance with financial regulations and provides strategic guidance on fiscal matters.

• Dealing with all kinds of cash collection and payment, expense reimbursement, and bank settlement in strict accordance with the company's financial regulation.
• Managing all cash in hand and various notes.
• Handling bank account opening, cancellation, and other related tasks.
• Making the daily check of cash in hand and preparing cash counting sheet.
• Preparing and executing funding plans.
• Organizing and binding vouchers into volumes and managing financial archives.
• Assisting the company with audit and inspection.

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is an advantage.
