Senior Finance Business Partner

Strategic finance leadership and FP&A define this Senior Finance Manager opportunity within a newly integrated finance service model. Excellent English communication is required.
You will advise senior executives and portfolio leaders as a trusted financial partner. The role combines financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and team leadership. You will also support change, process improvement, and informed operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise senior executives on planning, resources, risks, and decisions
Lead budgets, forecasts, projections, scenario modelling, and reporting
Translate complex financial information into actionable leadership insights
Oversee reporting, controls, compliance, and transactional finance support
Coach finance professionals and allocate workloads across work streams
Requirements:
Seven or more years of progressive finance experience
CPA designation and relevant university degree
Strategic finance partnering experience with senior executives
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
Criminal Sector Check and excellent English communication skills
Bring strategic advisory, FP&A, and people leadership expertise to strengthen an integrated finance service model.
