As a Recruiter, you will manage assigned requisitions from intake through onboarding while serving as a primary candidate contact. You will steward Empire Life’s brand, partner with hiring managers, and engage post-secondary institutions. The position requires recruitment tools, HRMS or ATS knowledge, and confident communication.

• Manage assigned requisitions from intake meetings through candidate onboarding
• Build talent pipelines using social media and referral programs
• Maintain transparent candidate communications throughout hiring processes
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on staffing needs
• Ensure accurate HRMS or ATS reporting and recruitment metrics

• Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Two-plus years of full-cycle recruitment experience or relevant corporate experience
• Experience with Linked In and application tracking systems
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
• Effective organization and time management under tight deadlines
