Position: Full-Cycle Recruiter Talent Acquisition
Full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing define this hybrid Recruiter contract with Empire Life in Kingston or York Mills. Build strong candidate pipelines.
As a Recruiter, you will manage assigned requisitions from intake through onboarding while serving as a primary candidate contact. You will steward Empire Life’s brand, partner with hiring managers, and engage post-secondary institutions. The position requires recruitment tools, HRMS or ATS knowledge, and confident communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned requisitions from intake meetings through candidate onboarding
Build talent pipelines using social media and referral programs
Maintain transparent candidate communications throughout hiring processes
Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on staffing needs
Ensure accurate HRMS or ATS reporting and recruitment metrics
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or related field
Two-plus years of full-cycle recruitment experience or relevant corporate experience

Experience with Linked In and application tracking systems
Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
Effective organization and time management under tight deadlines
