Support recruitment coordination and employee relations for St. Lawrence College in Kingston, with responsibilities spanning its tri-campus operations.

This temporary Human Resources Coordinator supports routine departmental activities and works with Talent Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Workforce Abilities teams. The position assists recruitment administration, meeting coordination, reporting, and centralized inbox triage.

• Coordinate interview invitations with job applicants
• Prepare selection committee materials for interviews
• Facilitate reference checks and maintain recruitment files
• Record notes during union and grievance meetings
• Monitor centralized inboxes and coordinate triage

• Three-year diploma or degree in Human Resources Business Administration
• At least six months of Human Resources Department experience
• Exposure to recruitment, labour relations, and total rewards
• Strong planning, organization, communication, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet service requirements
