What you’ll do
You’ll be part of the team that keeps our clients running safely and smoothly. Your work will include:
Provide friendly, professional technical support (remote and on-site)
Troubleshoot and resolve common workstation, software, and connectivity issues
Set up and support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and/or Google Workspace environments
Support user accounts, access, and security (including MFA and password best practices)
Assist with basic server/virtualization tasks (Windows Server, Hyper-V/VMware)
Help maintain client networks:
Wi‑Fi, switching, cabling, DNS/DHCP basics, VPN connectivity
Install, upgrade, and remove software; deploy and configure devices (Windows, macOS, mobile)
Document your work clearly and follow processes—then suggest improvements when you see them
