Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Web & Experience Analytics Consultant to support web analytics, customer journey analytics, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), web performance reporting, segmentation, and stakeholder engagement. Experience leveraging AI/LLM-powered analytics solutions is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze website performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and create data-driven recommendations.
- Support migration from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Manage and maintain CJA configurations, derived fields, and data quality.
- Troubleshoot analytics issues and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Lead segmentation governance and maintain analytics best practices.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insight presentations for business teams.
- Utilize platforms such as Demandbase and Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) for B2B analytics and research.
- Explore and apply AI/LLM-powered analytics solutions to enhance reporting and insight generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve analytics capabilities and decision-making.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Web Analytics or Digital Analytics.
- Strong experience with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Experience with segmentation, reporting, and data governance.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Demandbase, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), or similar data platforms is preferred.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based analytics tools and use cases is a plus.
